Fill out a request
Add each person in your household — a first name or a label like “Child 1” is plenty. Choose clothing types and sizes. If you're not sure of a size, just say so.

Choose an appointment
Appointments are on Fridays and last about 15 minutes. Pick any open time that works for you.

Get your confirmation
You'll see a reference number and a private link you can use to change or cancel your appointment — no account needed.

We prepare your clothing
Volunteers gather clothing from our closet that matches your request as closely as possible.

Visit and pick up
Check in at the welcome table with your reference number. We'll hand over your clothing and help with anything else you need.
Good to know
Our clothing comes from community donations, so we can't guarantee specific items or sizes. We'll always do our best for you.
